Warmer weather means it’s officially summer concert season! And we are beyond excited for this summer and ALL the fun and music festivals. If you’re ready for an epic summer concert trip but not sure about where to go, we’ve rounded up some popular suggestions for you.

Bonnaroo
Head over to Manchester, Tennessee this summer for the four-day Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival with on on-site camping! Enjoy over 150 musical performances plus comedy and cinema entertainment and workshops!
And if you have time, pop over to Nashville (music city heaven!) for a quick visit, which is just an hour away. It’s the perfect excuse for a road trip. Or you can just stay in Nashville and commute over to Bonnaroo easily and back! If you don’t want to deal with the hassle of driving or parking, the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp (NC&VC) has partnered up with the Bonnaroo festival that offers a daily round trip shuttle program with GA & VIP Weekend packages (this is an upgraded service).

Pitchfork Music Festival
If you’re looking for more of an indie music fest, then Pitchfork is a great option in Chicago this summer. Get your rock, hip-hop, electronic, jazz, and punk fix at the 3-day festival this summer.
Pitchfork is located in Chicago’s Union Park with 3 main stages and attracts about 20,000 people per day. It’s also known as a cultural fest with local and national art, delicious food and beverages. You can buy a 3-day pass or a single day pass. This year’s lineup includes Robyn, the Isley Brothers, HAIM, Stereolab, Earl Sweatshirt, Charli XCX, Belle & Sebastian, Sky Ferreira, Pusha-T, Mavis Staples, Kurt Vile, Low, Jeremih, Rico Nasty, and more!

Lollapalooza
Head to Lollapalooza this year! If you’re a huge music fan, then you have to attend Lollapalooza, which always has an amazing lineup for every music taste. Some of the headliners this year include Ariana Grande, Childish Gambino, and Twenty One Pilots.
Lollapalooza is a four-day music festival located in Grant Park of Chicago attracting over 100,000 daily attendees. The festival has amazing city views and long walks between stages (sometimes the hardest part is deciding which artist you want to see the most). You can buy a 4-day pass or buy 1 day passes. Regardless of what you decide to do, act fast because tickets sell out fast.
And since you’re in the central location of downtown Chicago there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby! Plus there will be plenty of Chicago restaurant vendors and food trucks inside Lollapalooza.

Outside Lands
Head over to San Francisco for Outside Lands, the three-day music event. While you enjoy music entertainment, pop into Wine Lands and grab a bottle of wine from some of the finest wineries of Northern California and beyond. And if wine isn’t your thing, there’s also a Beer Lands, Cocktail Magic, and Bubble Tea Party. And if you’re hungry, step into Cheese Lands and Tase of the Bay Area.
Aside from music, food, and drinks, there’s also art appreciation and Grass Lands (an area to celebrate cannabis and educate the public on how legalized marijuana can be a part of your daily life in the state of California).
Remember to get your tickets as soon as you can and wear layers for the fun music event.
