User Support Analyst

We're looking for a bright personality to join our fully remote Support Team and help with email, chat, and phone. While some of the inquiries can be closed with a quick answer, others are trickier with fun chances to surprise and delight the user. This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who loves travel, enjoys helping people, and has strong written and oral communication skills. In this role, you'll be helping our team overcome challenges as we work to improve the way people travel.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner via phone, email, or other communication channels
• Address inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and efficiently, striving to meet or exceed customer expectations
• Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations promptly, working collaboratively with relevant departments to achieve satisfactory outcomes
• Drive customer satisfaction and revenue by exemplifying an in-depth knowledge of service and maintaining a solution-oriented mindset.
• Provide feedback on how to improve upon internal processes as the company grows
• Contribute to team goals and initiatives to improve user experience and retention
• Proactive user outreach
